The The North Face Men’s Back to Berkeley Nubuck Hiking Boot for autumn/winter ’12, seen here in tan.
North Face’s Back to Berkeley style draws on the brand’s rich heritage in the production of rugged outdoors styles. Combining decades of practical experience with a number of the technical innovations seen in recent years, the boots style references the brand’s 1960s heritage but is updated with some bold colour and detail.
Made from soft nubuck leather in a rich shade of tan, the boots offer premium comfort and support through a thick padded ankle and tongue. They are HydroSeal waterproofed, insulated with 100g Primaloft which adds warmth and built onto a purpose spec. outsole, known as the TNF winter grip – suitable for all terrain and conditions.
The boots are finished with a reinforced heel, Ortholite insoles, comfortable midsoles and hiking lace set-up, in bright accent colours.
